Mr Thanh (The owner of Viet-Anh Cafe) was looking for an Epos system that efficiently manages orders, sale transactions and keeps track of stock.

By using VDIT Epos system, Viet-Anh cafe solved perfectly the orders problems which originally the Viet-Anh cafe used a paper ordering system which caused problems and delays in the kitchen as the chefs struggled to read orders by hand writing. In addition to a VDIT Epos system has been able to improve customer experience as orders can be sent straight through to kitchen printer so waiters/waitress can spend less time running orders to the kitchen and more time with customers.

With reports function of VDIT Epos system, Mr Thanh can view all sales, and what his best selling products are, which has helped her to adjust what items he needs to keep on the menu and what items he needs to change.
