Viet Baguette is a Vietnamese Authentic Cuisine and that based in central London. When business owner Minh Ma took over the business, which was previously a failing Chinese takeaway, he knew it need a complete overhaul, which included re-branding and improving the quality and delicious authentic Vietnamese food. As there are many competitors in this area, Minh really needed fast, efficient service so he was keen on to invest into a VDIT Epos system which would able to help him with this.
