The new booking system is more useful than the old one as not only book appointments for customers but also they can view all bookings of a day with specific time or any day if they want to view of different branches. It is very important as they can adjust and allocate the staffs to work in braches.

Store customers data is very important for them as they have all customers’ record and they can search, filter specific customer when they need for many purposes. They know how many times customer come to the shop, what services did customers use, how much did they spend, etc, the information is very useful for management as they need to look after customers. If customers come many times as regular customers they can use functions of the system to create offers or promotions for them. If customers come less than usual they have to find out the reason for that.

Additionally, the Loyalty module, which allow them to reward regular customers with redeemable points for every purchase or used services, which help USA Star Nail to encourage customers return business and boost sales.

Regarding to marketing, update new offers, promotions, vouchers for customers, they do not need to print le leaflet, hire people to send the leaflet or spend quite lot money to advertise our shops on beauty newspaper, local magazine we can simply send messages to all their customers via a message or email which customers can receive directly on their mobile or email which is fantastic to save time and expenses for us.

Back office for management is one of important function which made me chose VDIT Beauty Salon system as they have all functions as Mr Pham needs such as reports he can check sale transactions by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. And also he can also know staff performance based on the income they make. Besides, he can view all reports whenever he is, that is very convenient as he is at the shops all the time.
