 Owner of S&H Nail and Beauty was looking for Beauty Salon system as he wants to change the manual style of booking appointments in the book which almost nail shops are doing at the moment. It is very difficult to manage bookings as hand writing (customers’ name, phone number, services they book are not clear enough etc.) and also the appointment book is too small to write down all details and many other limitation of using appointment book.

 
Mr Nguyen would like to have a Beauty Salon system that would manage bookings (over the phone and bookings online) with customers’ details, edit services, control staff performance, payment efficiently and income taking (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly) as he wants to provide better services for customers in the competitive area. It was vital that the system had a collecting point – Loyalty Card (every time customers spend money any service, they will get certain point) instead of using stamp on the paper which are used almost nail shop now that is inconvenient for customers as they might lose or forget to bring with them all the time. It is brilliant for Mr Nguyen to change that as it proves S&H Nail and Beauty is a professional nail bar and providing good services.
 
 

 

In addition, VDIT Beauty Salon system also has marketing function to send messages or email directly to the customers for any promotions, offers or customers’ credit. It seems to be not important for nail shop as people can ask a question: “Do I need to do marketing for my shop? And why do I have to do marketing as my shop is busy and good income?”. The answer is “NO”. You do not need to do it. However, you are doing a business so you should think about the other competitors who can provide better services and better quality than you and you never know, don’t you. And Son who sees that and he uses these functions as the way to look after his customers much better from now on.
