Natalie (Owner of Old Saigon) was looking for an Epos system that would allow her to manage sales easily and improve customer service. By using VDIT Epos system, Natalie has been able to improve customer experience with order system instead of using paper to order as original. When customers orders, which automatically sends to kitchen printer so this function saves time and eliminate any mistakes. It also means staff can spend less time running orders to the kitchen and more time with customers, shortening waiting times for customers to get their food and bill.
