Owner, Kevin Pham was looking for an Epos system that would process orders and payments efficiently. It was important that their new system had the facility to send orders straight through to the kitchen printer so it will save time and effort a lots. As the chef can prepare the food when the orders has been placed and the waiters or waitress could spend more time with customers without delaying orders.

In addition, the VDIT Epos software allows him both to access detailed reports which provides Nahm Thai restaurant with information of sale figures, stock and staff performance and much more.  One of the benefits is having accurate reports so they can view all sales with best and least selling items so they can adjust on the menu and also find the way to improve the items that are not selling as fast
