Start up a small business in the competitive market is not easy for the owner of A&G Nail, Mr Nguyen so he needs to have professional way to provide a better customer services. He was looking for a beauty system that would efficiently manage customer information, appointments, marketing, loyalty scheme and sales transactions. With a wide range of treatments on offer, as well as providing services, it is important that the system is able to manage sales effectively.

Mr Nguyen also was keen on to have loyalty scheme in the system to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business, as the market he was entering is such a competitive one. He can offer his customer loyalty card to store points each time they visit his shop. As he knows that collecting points and converted to money to use for customers is one of the popular way nowadays.

The VDIT Beauty Salon system has all functions are met Mr Nguyen’s requirements therefore; he was keen on to invest the VDIT system straight away.

Training, support and maintenance which is concerned by him as his shop is based outside London. His worry was disappeared immediately after the day VDIT team came to setup and training for us. It was amazing as the system is very friendly, straight forward to understand the functions and the team is very helpful.
